I've been thinking on what 'Hi' said( for those of you who dont know, he/she was spamming on someone else's blog about dance).
There is some truth to what he said. You guys were arrogant. Im not choosing sides. Think about it. You guys went up on stage, EXPECTING to get a gold or better. The other schools WANTED a gold. See the difference?
By expecting a gold, you guys screwed up in some way. That little expectation made a big impact on the dance. From the audience view, you guys had no punch, no co-ordination and the dance was really messy. I'm speaking in perspective of the audience who were there. You could see that effort was put in, but, was it enough? Its was a golden chance for you all really shine on that little stage, but it was messed up by that little arrogancy and expectation.
I know the chair dance thing was kinda demoralising as the dance, as you all claim, was freaking boring and had no skill. Skillwise you guy can do better. But as the audience, they found the dance interesting.Why? They were very co-ordinated and the dance was neat.
You guys sort of complain of the hardwork you all put in and least cared about what others think and about the dance.To you all, hardwork was what mattered the most. This 'hardwork' can be reduced to nothing if you all dont show it on stage. It's the time and passion you put into your dance. That is what matters the most. Don't always look for the outcome of your 'work'. Reaping the reward should be what matters least. The Love,Time.Passion and Friendship which you have with each other it what should drive you forward. Not the 'hardwork'.
Think about it.Maybe you all did deserve a bronze,for being arrogant for the hardwork.
I'm saying this on my point of view.Some of you may not like it. But it's the cold hard truth.

We got a bronze! To me, some dumb colour doesnt matter! Its just a colour.
It's the journey which matters the most, not the destination.
Since last year, about november, you dancers embarked on the journey to practice for the syf.
You guys may not realise it but the bonding between you dancers has strengthened. Think about it.
You guys, all of you had to sweat together, push one another to carry on, go to practices which seemed endless.Not forgetting doing what you all love, Dancing.You guys may have gotten a bronze. But to each other, you guys are gold in another's heart. You've earned something more valuable than a silly colour! You all had fun doing the dance on stage. You all also gave it your best shot, putting in a 150% in it. You guys should be satisfied with yourselves, not on what the judge thinks. 
With this pictures, how can one say that you guys are not bonded at all?
With this pictures, how can one say that you guys did not even put effort?
With this pictures, how can one say that you guys don't love dancing?

SYF IN 5 MORE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5 months of practices is coming to an end!
those polishing ;re-dance for anyone's mistakes...

it'sa very tough dance.
as in techniques? &amt of energy needed ,punch.
thr's comment saying
-we dance VERY BAD(APPRECIATE)
-we cant even get silver(choy!da ji da li ,touchwood!)
-we dance very messy
-no punch
-etc.
so must prove to them! we mustn't slack anymore! the last 2practices we're having ,PLEASE clear yr steps, rmb yr steps, dun bring yr bad habits on stage(ei ,eat snakes/slack ,hands straight ,legs straight ,point...) ,do it with punch& energy(every single part,esp th gathering part,must have the bounce bounce feel!;D) ,give all you have! Most importantly, COUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We must show PPL tt we can do it.
we get Gold(w/ honour ,if can) for our own sake.

QuanSheng Probably will kill me if he sees this! SYF some years ago! The palm leaves one(Heart of The Motherland-.-) LAUGH! De-stress yourself!
SYF is coming up and the dancers are working hard.
The Dancers got 200% chance of getting gold! They literally dance till they drop! Every muscle and every BONE aches.Proves the seriousness and dedication they are making for the SYF. The Groovers won 3RD last time, NOW, JSS MODERN DANCE WILL be winning GOLD(with honor!)
Luck not needed to win, they're just too good!
